PLAY in our City
Our volunteer Social Club Committee is thrilled to be able to offer events throughout the year to satisfy all tastes, such as Spring in the Valley, movie nights, pub crawls, dinners, river cruises and much more.
The main City of Belmont Civic Centre is located opposite the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre. This means the majority of our employees are just a short hop, skip and jump away from finding their daily thirty minutes of exercise. The Centre offers corporate gym membership rates for our employees.
Regular corporate functions, such as sundowners and afternoon teas provide the opportunity for staff to mingle with each other and celebrate achievements.
Our staff can access accrued days off and time in lieu and we shut down over Christmas in order to enjoy more family and play time. Many staff have also converted to part-time employment and entered job share arrangements, which we are in a position to accommodate.
CONTRIBUTE to our City
We encourage staff across the organisation to join in the preparations for community events such as the Autumn River Festival and Avon Descent Community Day. Monthly free dress days also raise money for various charities.
We offer young upcoming stars a real go through traineeships, apprenticeships, paid vocation work and work experience placements. We also offer a real chance for people through Work for the Dole placements and work trials. We are also a leading local government employer of people with a disability through Rocky Bay Employment Services.

Our corporate uniform is heavily subsidised. We are located in modern, well-equipped offices, near public transport, opposite the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre and close to the CBD, minus the costly parking hassles.
