At the City of Belmont we like to keep our residents and customers informed about matters affecting them. We use a number of ways to do this, including the approach set out by legislative requirements. The City operates under the Local Government Act 1995 and is required to serve notice on various matters that may affect the community in respect to road closures, meetings, tenders and much more. Our public notices often give the opportunity for interested people to provide comment on the issue at hand.
