The SpringsThe Springs is an exciting redevelopment project of 12.5 hectares of riverfront land, into a high standard residential and commercial precinct, just five minutes from the Perth CBD. It is bounded by Graham Farmer Freeway, Great Eastern Highway, Brighton Road and the Swan River foreshore and will form a landmark ‘gateway’ into Belmont. 

The City of Belmont has recently adopted a structure plan and detailed design guidelines prepared by Landcorp to deliver a vibrant area. Key features include a mix of land uses, comprising mainly of medium to high density residential and commercial uses. High density will maximize river perspectives and potential along the freeway. The road network will be reworked to accommodate vehicle, cyclist and pedestrian traffic. A landmark building on the corner of Graham Farmer Freeway and Great Eastern Highway is sought to punctuate the landscape. The development will also feature strategically located public open space and amenity.
