The City of Belmont's partnership with YMCA provides our City’s young people with access to highly trained and qualified youth workers, innovative programs and interesting activities in a supportive, safe and youth friendly space at The Base.

The YMCA is a community based charity that delivers programs and services to build strong people, strong families and strong communities across Western Australia.

The YMCA has been a trusted provider of values-based services to Australia’s youth for over 150 years. 

Each year, over 300,000 young people come into contact with YMCA Youth Services staff. The YMCA has dedicated youth services operating in more than 25 communities across the country.

Belmont Skate Park

The Belmont Skate Park is a FREE skate facility located in the heart of Belmont next to the Belmont Oasis.

The Base gives local young people somewhere to hang out, eat and chat while having access to qualified youth workers, case workers and a range of activities, including outings every Saturday.
