Multicultural Engagement Strategy - Survey

We want to hear how we can better support the City’s culturally and linguistically diverse community. Your ideas, your voice, your community - make a difference!

Your input will assist the City with the development of a meaningful Multicultural Engagement Strategy that captures the needs of the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities and stakeholders alike, and will address current and future priority areas for the City of Belmont community.

Please take this survey and tell us what is working and what is not. All respondents will go in the draw to win one of two $100 Coles Myer gift cards.

Harmonise Cultural Festival

Date: Saturday, 16 March 2019
Time: 4pm to 8pm

Harmony Day celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity on March 21 coinciding with the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. The concept of “harmony” is about inclusiveness, respect and more broadly “everyone belongs” from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances.

The City's Harmonise Cultural Festival showcases the cultural, linguistic and ethnic diversity of the City of Belmont in conjunction with Harmony Week. The City is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from community groups and service providers who would like to be a part of the event.
