 Local Emergency Management

The City of Belmont is committed to ensuring that appropriate plans are in place to manage an emergency should an event occur. Such emergencies may be a result of natural disasters or man-made events.

The best way the City can help our local community is to commit to and apply the strategies of PPRR -

Emergency Preparedness for the Community

The City has produced an Emergency Preparedness brochure to assist residents to prepare for an emergency. The brochure is available in a range of languages to help our culturally and linguistically diverse community. It provides an indication of the types of things that you can do to prepare yourself, your family and your property for emergencies.

Please click the link below or alternatively, hard copies are available from the Ruth Faulkner Public Library.
