 Opportunity Card

What is an Opportunity Card?

In 1996, the City of Belmont launched the Opportunity Card program, an initiative designed to bring the residential and business communities of Belmont together.

Local businesses offer exclusive offers and discounts for residents designed to encourage residents to shop locally.  These offers and discounts are displayed at the back of the Belmont Bulletin, Business Talk and on the website.

At select community events throughout the year, Opportunity Card owners also receive freebies and special offers just for showing their card.

If you are a Belmont resident and do not have an Opportunity Card or have lost yours, please contact the City's Opportunity Card Officer on 9477 7407, email opportunitycard@belmont.wa.gov.au or visit the Civic Centre with proof of your address to organise your card.

Remember to keep your card on you at all times, as you never know when a great opportunity may come your way.

(Note: 1 card per household)
