Bilya Kard Boodja Lookout: Bilya meaning - river, Kard meaning - hill and Boodja meaning land/country is the first Aboriginal named open space in Belmont.

The Lookout features spectacular viewing platforms enhancing the views up and down the Swan River. Aboriginal and European history is displayed to educate visitors on how the river and land was used in the past.

The Lookout also has lighting, picnic tables, paths, bike racks, native plantings, an Aboriginal artwork depicting the Noongar six seasons, a nature play area and a set of stairs connecting the foreshore path with the open space, with views through the trees to Black Swan island.
