 Park and Reserve Maintenance

This page is updated on a regular basis so that you can find out what maintenance is occurring within the City of Belmont's parks and reserves.

City Wide Weed Control ​City of Belmont ​As part of the City’s Annual Maintenance Programme, the City’s contractor will spray kerbs, medians and footpaths using 'Glyphosate', weather permitting.

Playground Replacement​ Peachey Park ​As part of the City's on-going commitment to enhancing the quality of parks and facilities for the community, the adventure bike track and playground equipment will be upgraded. Upgrade works will be conducted in two stages. Stage 1 works will involve alterations to the adventure bike track, installation of additional seating and nature play elements. Stage 1 works will commence end June 2019 and be completed early September 2019.
​Road Reserve Mowing ​City of Belmont ​As part of the City's Annual Maintenance Programme, the City's contractor will be verge mowing cul-de-sacs and key arterial routes within the City
Mowing commenced Thursday,
1 August and is anticipated to be completed by Friday, 23 August 2019.​
