This page is updated on a regular basis so that you can find out what maintenance is occurring within the City of Belmont's parks and reserves.
Below is a list of current and upcoming works within the City.
Park and Reserve Works
||Copley Park Stage 3 (Armadale Road to St Kilda Road)
||The works will involve: renewing the existing irrigation system, building new garden beds and installing additional seating, installing steppers, a swing and bollards.
||Works will commence in July 2018 with an estimated duration of three to four months. |
||The works involve the installation of a new playground adjacent to the Centenary Park Community Centre.
||Works commenced July and are due for completion in October 2018.|
||Peet Park, Kewdale
Pitman Park, Ascot
|As part of City’s on-going commitment to enhancing the quality of parks and facilities for the community, the playground equipment in Peet Park and Pitman Park will be upgraded in 2018/19.
Playgrounds will be closed during upgrade works.
|Peet Park: It is anticipated the playground removal and replacement works will commence in early December 2018 and be completed by late January 2019. |

||City of Belmont
||As part of the City's Annual Maintenance Program, the City's contractor will be undertaking turf renovation works at various parks within the City. These works may include vertimowing, top dressing and a low mow dependant on turf requirements for each park.
Please be advised that some activities can produce airborne dust particles. The City will take all appropriate measures to limit inconvenience to residents and park users.

||As part of the City’s Annual Maintenance Programme, the City’s contractor will spray kerbs, medians and footpaths using 'Glyphosate', weather permitting.
