Belmont Memory Cafe

 
Do you, a family member or friend live with dementia? Join us for a coffee, a chat and the chance to make new friends.
 
Alzheimer’s WA and the City of Belmont are partnering with Tavolo Café to launch the Belmont Memory Café. A memory café is a regular meet up in a friendly venue where people living with dementia and their friends, family members and carers can share a coffee, cake and a chat.
 
The Belmont Memory Cafe meets at 10.30am on the first Wednesday of each month at Tavolo Cafe in Cloverdale.

Let's Celebrate Seniors Week 2018

WA Seniors Week runs from 11 to 17 of November and provides an opportunity to recognise the diverse and valuable contribution of our older residents. The City is hosting a number of events so please join us to share and enjoy this special week.





Community Home Support Program - Open Day
