The City of Belmont facilitates several advisory groups which provide an opportunity for community members and local stakeholders to actively contribute to making the City of Belmont a more inclusive and connected community.
The City of Belmont’s Advisory Groups Members are a vital link between the City and the wider community and assist in providing ideas, advice and feedback on the implementation, monitoring and review of the City’s strategies and contribute to co-design of programs and initiatives.
The City is seeking community members who live or work in the City and who believe they can make a valuable contribution to one of the following groups:
• Aboriginal Advisory Group
• Access and Inclusion Advisory Group
• Age-Friendly Advisory Group
• Belmont Museum Advisory Group
• Cultural Diversity Advisory Group
If you have lived experience or believe you can actively contribute as a member of one of these groups, please visit the page (links above) read the relevant Terms of Reference document, complete the Expression of Interest form and submit it to the City by close of business on Friday, 29 November 2019.

Please note meetings are held during working hours and your membership on the group is voluntary.
