The City of Belmont is committed to protecting the privacy of its residents, businesses, customers and other stakeholders, by complying with the applicable laws including the Freedom of Information Act 1992, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. The City collects information about its residents, businesses, customers and stakeholders as required by law, the purpose is to communicate information and deliver services, facilities and programs.

Personal information relating to properties and property owners, within the City boundaries are required information for the City.

  • When you register for one of the City’s services, such as a membership for Ruth Faulkner Library;
