 NAIDOC Community Award

​The City of Belmont NAIDOC Community Award was established in 2012. It recognises the personal achievements of an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community member over the past 12 months. The Award may be in respect of achievement for sport, education, business, music, art, culture or community service, (e.g. emergency service volunteers, volunteer support personnel and industry groups across the community).

Nominees must be a resident of the City of Belmont, work in or attend an educational institution or participate in an organisation within the City of Belmont.

The Award recipient will be presented with a plaque and a voucher during the NAIDOC Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, 8 July 2019.
