Picture of immunisation

The Department of Health provides an opportunity for babies and young children (aged 6 weeks to 4 years) to be immunised against a range of diseases for free.

Clinics are held twice a month (except December and where the scheduled day falls on a Public Holiday) between 9:30am and 2:15pm.  Please note that the City of Belmont is not involved in the school immunisation program.

A list of the immunisation services and clinic dates are provided in the Fact Sheet below.

Immunisations are by appointment. Please contact the Immunisation Booking Hotline on 6151 1308.

You must bring your child's immunisation record card (purple baby book) and your Medicare card, as all immunisations are reported to the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.
