What’s the difference between resident and non-resident tickets?
Residents in the City of Belmont are eligible for a discounted ticket. To receive this discounted ticket, you must provide your full residential address when prompted in your Humanitix booking.
Where do I sit?
Seating is unallocated. Guests are welcome to choose from available seats when they enter the venue. Early arrival is recommended to secure your preferred seat.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after this deadline.
Buyers can action a self-service refund/cancellation using the Manage Order button on their Humanitix order confirmation email.
Refunds processed through Humanitix take 2-5 business days to return to the buyer's card. Refunds can only be processed to the card used to make the purchase.

I lost my ticket. Can I still get in?
Yes. If you have lost your ticket, our Front of House staff can assist you when you arrive at the venue.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You do not need to print your ticket. You can show your ticket on your phone at the venue entrance.
Our Front of House staff will scan the QR code on your ticket to check you in. Please have your ticket open and ready to scan when you arrive, with your screen brightness turned up, as this makes the QR code easier for our Front of House staff to scan.
Is there a waitlist for sold-out events?
Yes. If a show has sold out, you can add your name to a waitlist in Humanitix. If a ticket becomes available, you will be notified via your listed email address.
I am under 18, can I attend?
No. The Afterdark Performance Lounge is a licenced venue and all Afterdark events are strictly for audiences of 18 years and over.
I'm unable to book a ticket online. Who can I contact?

Will there be food and beverages available?
A fully licensed bar will be open throughout the night, serving a selection of locally crafted Western Australian wines, beers and premade cocktails, alongside non-alcoholic options including lemon, lime and bitters and soft drinks. Complimentary tea and coffee will also be available.
Guests can also purchase a delicious selection of small bites and grazing-style food throughout the evening, making it easy to snack, sip and soak up the entertainment at their own pace.
Please note, the Afterdark bar is cashless. Food and drink purchases can be made by EFTPOS only. We do not accept cash payments.

Comfort Food Cabaret will take place in the Events Room, located inside the Ruth Faulkner Library and Belmont Museum at 213 Wright Street, Cloverdale WA 6105.

Comfort Food Cabaret audiences will enjoy a delicious three-course tasting menu as part of the performance. As the menu is included in the experience, no additional food options will be available for purchase on the night.

The Events Room is located inside the Ruth Faulkner Library and Belmont Museum. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and an accessible toilet on site. If you require a wheelchair space or have specific access needs, please contact the Arts and Place team.
Is the Afterdark Performance Lounge wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Afterdark Performance Lounge is wheelchair accessible.
Afterdark Performance Lounge is the name given to the pop-up performance space created for the Afterdark season. It is located inside The Glasshouse, a City of Belmont venue.
The Glasshouse is wheelchair accessible, and this accessibility carries through to the Afterdark Performance Lounge setup.

How do I let you know about my accessibility requirements?
When booking your ticket through Humanitix, you will be asked at checkout: “Do you, or anyone in your ticket group have accessibility requirements we should be aware of?”
Please answer this question and provide details of any accessibility requirements, so we can make sure we understand how best to support your access needs.
This includes letting us know if you require a wheelchair space or have an accessibility-related seating requirement, so we can reserve a suitable space or seat for you ahead of time.

I have a Companion Card – how do I book?
The City of Belmont is a proud Companion Card Affiliate.
If you hold a valid Companion Card, you are entitled to one free Companion Ticket for your companion, with no booking fees. One free Companion Ticket is provided per cardholder, in line with the Companion Card program.
To book a Companion Card ticket:
- On the booking page, find the Discount or access code box near the top of the page, above the ticket options.
- Enter the code COMPANION and click Apply.
- Once the code has been applied, the Companion Card ticket option will appear.
- Select the Companion Card ticket and continue with your booking.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your Companion Card number and expiry date.

How do I get there using public transport?
The Afterdark Performance Lounge is accessible by public transport via bus routes 37, 38, 270, 935 and 998.
There are two nearby bus stops on Wright Street:
- Stop No. 11304: approximately 170 metres from The Afterdark Performance Lounge
- Stop No. 1167: approximately 195 metres from The Afterdark Performance Lounge
From either stop, the entrance is approximately a 5-minute journey over flat, paved ground.
