Draft Golden Gateway Local Structure Plan
We have prepared a draft Golden Gateway Local Structure Plan to coordinate the future subdivision, zoning, and development of a portion of land in Ascot surrounded by Great Eastern Highway, the Swan River, the Ascot Waters precinct, and Ascot Racecourse.

The City of Belmont is seeking public comment on Amendment No. 22. to Local Planning Scheme No. 15. The Scheme Amendment proposes to amend the objectives of the 'Mixed Use' zone, replace all references in the Scheme text to 'Warehouse' with 'Warehouse/Storage', and modify the permissibility of 'Warehouse/Storage' land uses within the 'Mixed Use' zone.
