Young, local talent on show at the City of Belmont’s Carols in the Park on Friday 9 December.
City of Belmont residents are invited to enjoy the musical talent of local schools, the Australian School of Performing Arts Choir, and live performances from local Pazaz Dance Company.
With entertainment for the whole family, Carols in the Park celebrates the spirit of Christmas in the City of Belmont with musical performances, fireworks, facepainting, art activities and more.
City of Belmont CEO John Christie expressed excitement toward the involvement of the City’s youth.
“Providing local schools with a platform to showcase performing art initiatives enriches vibrancy within the City, recognising ‘Creative Belmont.’”

Carols in the Park will be held on Friday, 9 December from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Faulkner Park in Cloverdale.
Carols in the Park started in 1999, since proving to be a notable highlight in the City’s annual event calendar. With longstanding connection to community, this free event is at the centre of the City of Belmont’s Christmas celebrations.
