Welcome to Community Lab! 

Ruth Faulkner Library is trialling new way of using our spaces. With a variety of sessions and themes to suit your interests, Community Lab is a wonderful way to make and meet with friends or connect with your community. The sessions are an unstructured, self-directed opportunity to play board games or get crafty with like-minded friends in a safe way.
 
Bring your own cup, drinks, and snacks as instant hot water and access to a fridge is available. Public health guidelines including physical distancing and mask wearing must be adhered to. 

Community Lab – Yarn Crafts

Tuesdays, 9:30am to 12:00pm
A space for adults to chat, knit, crochet and craft with friends – both old and new. You don’t have to be an expert to join in.  This is a judgement free zone! However, you may find yourself inspired by the experienced crafters who attend. Tickets are not required for this free event.

Community Lab – Board Games

Wednesdays, 9:30am to 12:00pm
A space for adults of any age to play board games with friends – both old and new. Enjoy a wide range of games - from the classics such as Mah-jong and Scrabble through to modern favourites such as Unstable Unicorns.  Tickets are not required for this free event.
