By submitting this form, you are asking the Library to delete your membership. Once your membership has been deleted, you will no longer be able to use your library card to borrow physical or digital items, access your borrowing history or access the public PCs (guest passes to access the PCs are available from staff on request). 

Your membership cannot be deleted if you have any outstanding items on loan or unpaid bills.  

You are welcome to rejoin the library at any time in the future if you change your mind.
