The library offers a range of free technology to make your visit productive, enjoyable, and accessible. Some of our resources are available to all visitors, while others require a valid library card.

Available to all visitors:

• Walk-up phone charger unit - Lockable stations to safely charge your devices while you are in the library.

Available for use in the library with a valid library card:
 

• Powerbanks - Borrow a portable charger to keep your devices running.
• External DVD Drives- For use with our public PCs (bring your own headphones or purchase a pair from the library shop).
• Casting Dongles - Connect your device to screens in our collaborative booths for easy sharing and presentations.
• Accessibility keyboards - Large-font keyboards to support a more comfortable and accessible computing experience.
• Hublets - Tablet to browse the internet, check your email, catch up with social media or even explore our online catalogue

To borrow a Hublet tablet:

• Find a Hublet tablet docking station on either the ground floor or Level 1 of the library;
• Scan your library card and enter your PIN – the docking station will automatically release a tablet for use anywhere within the library.

When you return the tablet to the docking station, your history and data will be automatically removed.
