Library and Museum excursions
Both the Ruth Faulkner Library and Belmont Museum offer a range of excursions and activities during the school term. Excursions are designed to be fun, interactive and immersive experiences to spark curiosity and help school students connect with local history and literacy.
You can book a guided half-day or full-day excursion
at the library and museum on Fridays during the school term. Library and Museum content can be combined with a self-guided tour of the Belmont Hub and Faulkner Park for a full day experience for up to three classes. Alternatively, 90 minute guided excursions can be booked to suit the time available and your class size.
For each excursion, content has been adapted to meet curriculum objectives for different year levels.
