The Library and Museum offers a variety of spaces bookable via our hosting partner SpacetoCo. Reserve a booth or room to guarantee a comfortable and semi-private area to work or study.

Meeting Rooms

Ruth Faulkner Library features five well-equipped and affordable meeting rooms available for hire, accommodating groups of up to 36 guests.
For student and concession card holders, our smaller Meeting Rooms 3 and 4 are available free for up to two hours, and at a discounted hourly rate thereafter.

Collaboration Booths

The first floor features three semi-private collaboration booths suitable for casual meetings or study, and are free to book for up to two hours.

Multimedia Recording Suite

The Multimedia Recording Suite is a self-guided space that allows users of all skill levels to both record and edit audio and visual content such as music, voiceovers, podcasts, presentations, video auditions and vlogs.

One Button System Backup Access

Recordings produced using the One-Button System are backed up and securely stored however access to backed up material is not immediate. Backed up copies of recordings can be requested by completing the online form. For further information, please refer to the Multimedia Recording Suite Terms and Condition of Use.
