I am requesting Ruth Faulkner Library to retrieve any backed-up data from the recording session detailed above.
I am requesting that my recorded media is permanently deleted from all back-up storage locations and caches. I understand that this action cannot be reversed.

Terms and conditions

Recorded media cannot be retrieved from the City’s provided laptop or PC as all session data is removed from all storage locations and caches at the end of each session.
Ruth Faulkner Library cannot guarantee that backup copies of recordings made on the One-Button System will be available indefinitely.
Ruth Faulkner Library takes no responsibility for media that deteriorates over time, breaks, develops faults, or is in a format that is obsolete.
We do not guarantee that backups can be recovered as the service is used as a last resort and should not be relied on to maintain data integrity
Requests may not be completed immediately. You will be informed by return email if your recording is able to be retrieved and to arrange a time for the data to be copied to your storage device.
