Applications

If you would like to submit an application, complete the relevant form and return it ensuring that all necessary supporting documents (such as Public Liability Insurance) are attached as stated in the Conditions of Hire. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Alcohol Consumption

If you are consuming/providing alcohol at a park or hall you will also be required to apply for a Liquor Permit.
