Harmony Week Stallholders
The Harmony Week Festival will be held on Saturday 21 March 2026, at Tomato Lake. The festival showcases the cultural, linguistic and ethnic diversity of the City of Belmont in conjunction with Harmony Week.
We are seeking expressions of interest from community groups and relevant organisations to provide interactive activities that showcase your group. The purpose of these stalls is to engage with the local community in a creative and meaningful way. There is to be no selling of products, or distribution of food and beverages from the community stalls.
Please answer all questions in this application and attach a copy of your public liability insurance (minimum coverage required is $20,000,000).

Please note this form is an expression of interest only and the completion of this form does not guarantee a position at the event. Stalls are provided free-of-charge to approved applicants.
Applications close Friday 19 December 2025.
Offers for a stall will be confirmed by Friday 30 January 2026. Successful applicants will be required to attend an online planning meeting, dates for this meeting will be provided with the offer.
