We’re increasing our privacy protection on Ruth Faulkner Library membership accounts.
From 25 March account passwords will be case sensitive.
If you have a PIN attached to your account that includes letters, this could impact you logging in. We suggest logging in and resetting your PIN before the 25 March if you are unsure whether you password contains letters.
Here’s how to change your pin number:
