The City of Belmont has announced 8 Yolks Café as the successful tenant of Belmont Hub’s café/ restaurant.
Fitout of the premises is expected to take two months with 8 Yolks Café anticipated to open in August.
City of Belmont Chief Executive Officer John Christie said the City was thrilled to have secured 8 Yolks Café as the tenant of the much anticipated café space located on the ground floor of Belmont Hub.
“It is pleasing to see that another part of the City’s vision for the community centre has come to fruition,” Mr Christie said.
8 Yolks Café partner Jin Wong said they were extremely delighted to be chosen as a cafe tenant of Belmont Hub.
“We are a community based cafe and 8 Yolks strives to be a family-friendly venue hence the decision to base the restaurant in the beautiful City of Belmont,” Mr Wong said.
“From Aussie favourites served for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, through to traditional Italian dishes served with a contemporary edge; 8 Yolks is proud to be part of this local community at Belmont,” he said.

The café is located on the Wright Street ground floor of Belmont Hub at 213 Wright Street Belmont.
