City of Belmont Welcome Community Markets

We are excited to welcome a series of City of Belmont Community Markets, held in the Noongar seasons ‘Djeran’ and ‘Makuru’.

Recently, our community have expressed a desire for local markets that provide a sense of community and opportunities for small businesses to thrive.

We are proud to welcome the City of Belmont Community Market series as a result of this feedback and are excited to deliver a vibrant space for residents to gather.

The first market welcomes the Noongar Season 'Djeran' on Saturday 27 May from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
Spend time this Reconciliation Week with family and friends and enjoy browsing different stall holders and food trucks.

The second market in the Noongar season ‘Makuru’ on Saturday 24 June from 2.30pm to 6.30pm invites residents to enjoy an afternoon of activities, food trucks, live music and market stalls in The Glasshouse and surrounding park space.

Whether you're a foodie, a craft lover, or simply looking for a fun Saturday evening with friends, our markets will be the perfect place to start your weekend.

The markets will be held at The Glasshouse (old Ruth Faulkner Library) on 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale.
