In line with the directions issued by the McGowan Government, the City of Belmont has closed all facilities effective from 6pm Sunday 31 January.
Facilities
The Civic Centre, Belmont Hub including Ruth Faulkner Library, Belmont Museum, and Seniors Hub, along with the Operations Centre have been closed to the public until 6pm Friday 5 February.
All of the City’s community centres for hire have also been closed along with all playgrounds and outdoor equipment in City reserves, Belmont Skate Park and Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre.
Services
Waste collection and Belmont Community Watch will continue as normal.

belmont@belmont.wa.gov.au, but there will be no face-to-face enquiries.
Ruth Faulkner Library
Ruth Faulkner Library patrons whose items were due this week will have their loans extended until 17 February.
Items can be extended by logging into your account online or via the library and museum app. Express DVDs and showcase collections are not able to be renewed online or via the app but loan times have also been extended if they were due this week. The after hours chute has been closed.
Rates
Due to the City’s Civic Centre being closed, the due date for the 3rd rates instalment has been extended to 8 February 2021.
