COVID-19 Update – Easing of Mask Requirements

The State Government has announced it will ease the COVID-19 mask wearing mandates for Perth and Peel from 6pm Friday 7 January 2022.

How does the easing of mask mandates impact the City’s facilities?

In line with the State Government's announcement, from 6pm Friday 7 January 2022, masks will no longer be required for entry to City facilities which include the Civic Centre, Ruth Faulkner Library, Belmont Museum and the Operations Centre.

Registration via the SafeWA app or manual record will continue to be mandatory at entry.
