We are proud to support Feelgood Feb, an Act Belong Commit initiative dedicated to promoting positive mental health, wellbeing, and community connection.
This year’s program features a range of exciting activities, including craft classes, creative clinic workshops, a 5-week collaborative art series, sleep tips from the Sleep Health Foundation, guidance on low-tox living, walking groups, book clubs, and more!
There are plenty of opportunities to meet new people, step outside your comfort zone, and kick start your New Year’s resolutions - all while doing something that makes you feel good!
