Ruth Faulkner Library is upgrading its interlibrary loans service to a new, State-wide system that will make borrowing from other libraries easier and more efficient.
During December 2025 and January 2026, there may be some delays in receiving items requested from other libraries while this transition takes place.
To ensure a smooth changeover, from Monday 15 December 2025, we will temporarily pause new interlibrary loan requests. Requests will resume in the new system on Monday 19 January 2026.
Any items already in transit or awaiting delivery will be automatically transferred to the new system, so you do not need to take any action.
