Feel Good Feb returns for 2024! This year, we've partnered with Act Belong Commit to bring you a February that's packed full of activities to bolster your health and wellness, and leaving you feeling good.
With talks and seminars, cooking workshops, group activities and classes, and free health checks, there's plenty of opportunities to meet new people, try something new, and do something for your health.
This year's calendar has an event on every day! Highlights include Aquarobics, Move n Heal group fitness classes, Sahaja Yoga, Food Sensations for Children cooking workshops, Gardening for Beginners, and Tracy Gott's Faith, Family, and Fulfilment seminar.
