We have launched a new Report & Resolve tool to streamline online lodgement of issues and requests to the City of Belmont.
The aim of this online tool is to improve the quality of information being captured, reduce manual processing times and ensure requests get to the right person faster.
If you are a frequent requester, you can save the Report & Resolve page onto your mobile device like an app. This means you can take photos and upload issues on the spot.
The next time you spot an issue or want to lodge an online request, help us get to your request faster by using the Report & Resolve tool.
