Our Trees for Residents program is back and this year it's bigger and better than ever.
Residents can now take home two free trees to plant in their yards, double the trees, double the impact. By planting locally suited trees, you can help contribute to the City's urban canopy growth, enhance your local biodiversity, and create cooler, shadier homes and neighbourhoods.
Last winter alone, residents planted over 200 trees in yards across our neighbourhoods. With double the trees available this year, we are inviting all residents to be part of an even larger community greening effort.
To take part, submit your application online via our website. You can also pick up a hard copy form from the Civic Centre, or contact the City for more information.
