Belmont Blockbusters returns in January to level up your summer holidays.

Running across two weekends at Reading Cinemas, enjoy discounted screenings of the newest releases and classic fan-favourites:

Tickets are just $10 for City of Belmont Residents ($15 for non-residents) and come with popcorn and a drink.

Whether you’re chasing adventure, nostalgia or something light-hearted, Belmont Blockbusters will add a little movie magic to your summer!

Avatar: Fire and Ash is the third instalment in James Cameron’s groundbreaking sci-fi franchise.

Set after the events of Avatar: The Way of Water, this new instalment dives into the heart of Pandora’s most volatile and unforgiving biome — a vast volcanic region where survival depends on more than strength… it demands fire.

The Wizard of Oz (G)

We're off to see the Wizard, The wonderful Wizard of Oz!

Young Dorothy finds herself in a magical world where she makes friends with a lion, a scarecrow and a tin man.

They make their way along the yellow brick road to talk with the Wizard and ask for the things they miss most in their lives. The Wicked Witch of the West is the only thing that could stop them.

Mamma Mia! (PG)

Saturday 17 January, 6pm

Special screening treat! Purchase a special ticket to enjoy a beer or wine with your screening (18+ ticket purchasers only).

Oscar-winner Meryl Streep leads an all-star cast, including Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth, in this musical celebration of mothers, daughters and fathers, and true loves lost and new ones found.

The SpongeBob Movie: The Search for Squarepants (PG)

Sunday 18 January, 12pm

Desperate to be a big guy, SpongeBob sets out to prove his bravery to Mr. Krabs by following The Flying Dutchman – a mysterious swashbuckling ghost pirate – on a seafaring comedy-adventure that takes him to the deepest depths of the deep sea, where no Sponge has gone before.
