How to apply for seasonal reserve hire

Any new sporting clubs wishing to hire the City’s facilities on a seasonal hire basis, please contact the City’s Recreation Administration Officer at recreation@belmont.wa.gov.au for information on ground availability.

If availability is confirmed, you will be required to submit an application form.  As part of your application, you will also need to submit the following:
 
  • Public Liability Insurance – Certificate of Currency
  • Current AGM Minutes
  • Home Game Fixture list (if available)

Application timeline

Summer Season:  1 October to 31 March
Expression of Interest period opens mid-July and closes on the last Friday in August.

Winter Season: 1 April to 31 September
Expression of Interest period opens mid-January and closes on the last Friday in February.

Existing sporting clubs wishing to obtain information about their seasonal hire, please contact recreation@belmont.wa.gov.au.


Off season and Pre-season training

Pre-season training sessions are not considered part of your club’s seasonal sporting hire allocation.
 
Clubs can use their SpacetoCo account to view availability of grounds and make bookings directly. Please refer to the City’s fees and charges for costs associated with hiring grounds during pre/off season.
