Facility Maintenance Requests
Clubs are able to submit maintenance requests at any time. These requests include items such as dysfunctional hot water systems, broken windows, damaged sports goals or any general maintenance issues involved with the facility or grounds.
Requests will be forwarded to the relevant team responsible for undertaking any repairs. To assist us in your request, please ensure that the issue/request addresses:
- Facility name/room and specific location
- The issue that needs to be addressed
- Urgency - how much the issue impacts the operation of the club.
Facility Improvement Requests
To streamline the process and to provide greater clarity for clubs, a more efficient process has been developed to assist in achieving outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
