For people from refugee backgrounds, those with humanitarian visas, and newly arrived migrants who want to build essential English language skills.
We’ve teamed up with Mercy Works to provide free beginner English classes. If you know a friend, family member, or neighbours who could benefit, you can help them get started.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 10am to 12pm, during the school term (Term 3 Monday 27 July to Monday 14 September, inclusive), in the Innovation Lab at the Ruth Faulkner Library, 213 Wright Street, Cloverdale.
The class is a drop in session where you can attend the sessions at your convenience, however, please register your interest using the booking link on this page to be kept up-to-date with any last minute changes or cancellations.
Children aged 0 to 5 years are welcome but must be supervised by their caregiver.
