Join your friends, family and neighbours on the picnic rug as joy lights up Miles Park this December!
Perth Symphony Orchestra returns to fill the night air with glorious music to make spirits high, expect classic carols and a few fun surprises. Make sure you bring your voices (and your ukelele!).
Across the evening you’ll see local schools take the stage to share their favourite carols, plus special performances from Youth Ballet Western Australia, and our very own Community Choir performing with Perth Symphony Singers.
More than 30 local makers and creators will deliver our Christmas Markets to help you tick off your gift list. From handmade treats to unique stocking fillers, there’s something for everyone!
Head down from 5pm to find the perfect picnic spot, grab a bite from the food trucks and shop our Christmas Markets before the show begins at 6pm.

Getting to the event
Shuttle bus
A free event shuttle bus will be operating between the Belmont Hub at 213 Wright Street, Cloverdale and Miles Park throughout the event.

First shuttle bus departs Belmont Hub at 4:45pm.

Shuttle buses depart approximately every 15 minutes throughout the event.

Last shuttle bus departs Miles Park at 9:30pm

Public transport and bike parking

Bike parking racks will be available in Miles Park on the Wright Street side.
Parking
There is limited event parking available at Miles Park. Please be mindful of residents, do not park on verges or across driveways and follow signage.
