Try these steps if you're having any issues with the app:
- Check for app updates - make sure you have the latest version of the app installed from the App Store or Google Play
- Restart the device - turn off your phone and turn it on again
- Check internet connection - check that your phone is connected to Wifi or mobile data is turned on
- Log out and log back in - try logging out of your library account and logging back in - go to My Account, click Sign out, then follow the steps for signing in
- Reload the app - go to My Account, click Preferences, then click Reload to refresh the app
- Reinstall the app - if problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
