The City of Belmont’s Aboriginal Advisory Group (AAG) gives Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members and local stakeholders the chance to get involved in the implementation, ongoing monitoring and review of the City’s Reconciliation Action Plan 2015-2017 (RAP).
 
The AAG members:
 

• Support the City to meet the relevant actions in the City’s Strategic Community Plan 2020 to 2040, especially those parts which relate to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples;
• Continue to build links between all community members, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Council members and staff.

The Aboriginal Advisory Group meets four times a year, view the Meeting Schedule for dates.
