Wiggles 'n' Giggles program
There will be plenty of wiggling and giggling at a location near you with the return of Wiggles 'n' Giggles!
This fun and lively program has been designed for you and your active little ones to move and adventure in an exciting and informal environment.
You will be encouraged to meet and connect with other local families in the area, while engaging and experiencing messy play, active exploration as a family, and making new friends along the way.
Each session brings something a little different, but we have you covered each month with visits from our Ruth Faulkner Library staff for Bubs at the Hub, as well as messy play and sporty exercises to keep everyone moving and entertained.
Sessions run on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding January 2025) between 9:30am and 11:30am. You can drop-in at any time during the session. The one-off registration form below will ensure you stay in the loop with any important updates on the program.
Wiggles 'n' Giggles sessions are suitable for families of children between 6 months and 4 years old.
For more information on the Wiggles 'n' Giggles program, contact Leisure Services on recreation@belmont.wa.gov.au or 9447 7222.
We have taken care of most of it so you can relax and enjoy these family sessions, but please remember that everyone in the family will need to bring:
- A sun protective hat
- Sunscreen
- A water bottle
- A smile and your wildest imagination.
Why not also bring along a picnic rug and some healthy snacks and stick around in the park for a family picnic with your new friends at the end of the event.
We want everyone to have a fun and safe time with us at Wiggles n Giggles, so there are a couple of important things to remember before coming to play:
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
- Please be mindful of other participants and stay home if your family are unwell.
- While every care is taken by staff to ensure community safety at these sessions, participation is at your own risk.
- Basic first aid will be administered as required. Further treatment will be the responsibility of the supervising adult.
