Before you apply
Before you prepare your application for a role within the City of Belmont, it is a good idea to read the Job Description. This outlines the duties involved and also the essential and desirable criteria required. If your skills and experience match these criteria, this is a good indication you could be suitable for the role.

- Please phone the City's Human Resources team on 9477 7217 if you are not able to apply online;
- Make sure your application is received by 5:00pm on the closing date listed, as late applications are generally not accepted.

Once applications have closed
After the closing date, the City will begin short-listing candidates and your application will be reviewed. If you are short-listed for an interview, a member of the City's Human Resources team will phone you.
Please note the short-listing process can take up to 3 weeks after the closing date.
