Report an abandoned vehicle
A vehicle may be considered an abandoned vehicle when:
- It is parked in a public place for any period of more than 24 hours;
- It is parked during any period where parking is prohibited or restricted by a sign;
- It is unregistered or disused.

Pollution – Swan River
Contact DBCA’s Rivers and Estuaries branch on 9278 0900 (after hours 9278 0981) to report any fuel slicks, rubbish or pollution incidents in/immediately adjacent to the Swan River.
Pollution – other locations
During office hours, contact the City’s Parks and Environment team on 9477 7257 to report known or suspected unauthorised discharges to the environment, including at/from small and medium sized business premises.

For major (non-life-threatening) pollution incidents, or to report pollution incidents outside normal working hours, call the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) Pollution Watch hotline, 1300 784 782. If it is a life-threatening incident or emergency, call 000.
