Immunisation
In partnership with the City of Belmont, the Western Australian Department of Health provides an immunisation service. This service is:
- Designed for babies and young children (aged 6 weeks to 4 years) to be immunised against a range of diseases for free;
- Generally offered twice a month (except December and where the scheduled day falls on a public holiday) between 9:30am and 2:15pm.
Please note, the City of Belmont is not involved in the school immunisation program.
How to book an immunisation appointment
Immunisations for babies and young children are free but available by appointment only. To make an appointment:
- Please phone the Immunisation Booking Hotline on 6151 1308;
- Make sure you bring your child's immunisation record card (purple baby book) and your Medicare card to the appointment, as all immunisations are reported to the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.
You can find a list of the immunisation services and clinic dates in the City’s Immunisation Fact Sheet.
