Belmont Business Advisory Group
The Belmont Business Advisory Group (BBAG) is a volunteer committee of local business champions who meet every two months at the City of Belmont to discuss matters of importance to the business community.
The BBAG members include:
- 2 representatives of the City of Belmont Council
- 3 ex-officio City staff members
- Representatives selected from the Belmont business community
The group was set up to provide an opportunity for the City to work directly with members of the business community.
Supporting the local business community
Since being established, the group has continued to provide an informed, experienced and insightful approach to local issues and business support organisations. They also provide their expertise to Council on a broad range of business matters.
The BBAG has so far contributed to boosting business confidence, attracting new businesses, continued security and safety, responding to future town planning and land use and has contributed to the development of Council policy such as
Local Planning Scheme 15.
Share your business challenges
If you own or run a business in the City of Belmont, the BBAG is interested in learning about the issues, trends and matters which can impact your business.
