Containers for Change
Western Australia Return Recycle Renew Limited (WARRRL) is the not-for-profit organisation created to establish and run 'Containers for Change' in Western Australia.
The scheme is designed to reduce landfill and increase recycling by providing West Australian's a 10c refund for each eligible container recycled through a Container for Change refund point.

Container Exchange Cradles
As part of the scheme, City of Belmont have installed ten Container for Change Exchange cradles in high traffic areas across the City. You can find cradles on the existing public bins in:
- Faulkner Park
- Tomato Lake Reserve
- Garvey Park
When you're out and about, instead of throwing your empty 10c containers into the next bin you pass, place it in the Container Exchange cradle and save it from ending up in landfill. Your 10c container can then be collected and returned to a local refund point by another member of the community.
