City of Belmont Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
All purchase orders issued by the City of Belmont are subject to the City’s standard
Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Where there is a contract in place between the Contractor and the City that relates to Goods or Services outlined in the Purchase Order, the terms of the contract also apply unless the City has clearly stated otherwise on the Purchase Order.

City of Belmont Contractor Induction
Safety and health is of critical importance in the workplace. For this reason, the City of Belmont has stringent requirements for the way in which works are conducted, part of which is the completion of an induction process by all Contractors and Service Providers, prior to the commencement of any works.

Once this initial process is completed, a Site Induction will be organised with the Project Officer administering your works.
