Dividing fences
A dividing fence separates land belonging to different owners.
If you need a new dividing fence or repairs to an existing dividing fence, you will need to discuss this with your neighbours and come to an agreement. The City of Belmont does not become involved in any civil issues arising from a dispute over a dividing fence.
